The Articles of Faith are the beliefs that unite us at Grace Community Church. They are gospel-centered and firmly rooted in the bible. They help define who we are as a church and guide the way we worship and live.

1.) We believe the Bible is the inspired word of God.   2nd Timothy 3:16

2.) We believe in one God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit.   Deut. 6:4, 1st John 5:7

3.) We believe God in the person of Jesus was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died on the cross for all mankind, rose from the grave three days later and ascended into heaven to the right hand of the Father, in his triumphal return to this Earth in power and glory.   John 1:1-4, Luke 1:26-33, Eph. 2:11-16, Rev. Chap. 19 and 20

4.) We believe in the Blessed Hope, which is the rapture of the church.   1st Thess. 4:13-18

5.) We believe the only way to be saved from sin is through true repentance and faith in the precious blood of Jesus Christ.   Romans 5:1-2, Heb. 9:12

6.) We believe we are saved by Grace and not of works. Salvation is a gift from God.   Eph. 2:8-9

7.) We believe the baptism of the Holy Spirit is given to all who seek it.   Acts 10:44-45

8.) We believe as Christians we are to be a witness, our lives should reflect Christ because of what He did for us on the cross.   Romans 6:3-14

9.) We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; the saved to everlasting life and the lost to everlasting damnation.   Rev. Chap. 2.
